 My name is Fabio Cabral Caixeta and my partner is Luis Carlos Peluchera. We began to realize a dream on March 11, 1995 and, in 1998, we conducted this dream of having our first company, which would be the beginning of a brilliant partner in business. We chose the city of Brasilia, capital of Brazil – where we lived and we had our work, and great friends – to be the foundation of our business. In 2008 we had an opportunity to live and work in the US. We do not think twice, we went there and, with hard work, we have achieved our goals in a period of 5 years. We know several places as San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Portugal, Puerto Vallarta, among others. We returned in 2013 and decided to do an experiment with two apartments, rented before by conventional contract, turning them into season rental. For this, we did a renovation, furnished it and decorate the buildings, making them more welcoming and accommodating. The experience of rent for the season was a success and, every day, was having an incredible demand. Then we saw the opportunity to resume business activities acquired in 2008. With the certainty of success linked to experience, thanks much to invest a little more in the lease following a season at the expense of conventional lease. With this experience in two apartments, we decided to direct all our properties to the same segment: HOLIDAY. With our dedication, we saw the opportunity, in addition to working with its own properties, also manage real estate of our friends, relatives and acquaintances, increasing the range of options for our future guests. Today, with work and professionalism, we have chosen this year as the right time to invest in an own website, with all facilities and security for our future guests. So, we created the www.sigatemporada.com to offer viewing of the properties we manage and throughout Brazil, the US and soon in Europe. Today we have numerous properties in cities: Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio, Buzios, Pirenópolis, Salvador, Natal, Morro de São Paulo, Arraial D’Help, Reef, Miami -South Beach, Chicago etc.
